Hi there, I'm Dr Lauren
(TCM)

I’m a qualified Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a special interest in mental health, women's health,  pregnancy, post-partum care and musculoskeletal pain relief.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2018 (Chinese Medicine), I volunteered at an integrative medical clinic in Nepal for 2 months where I treated over 550 patients with varied conditions. It remains one of the most incredible experiences of my life and has been the catalyst for creating my own affordable acupuncture clinics in Victoria.

I am a trauma informed practitioner with a deep appreciation for meditation and movement practices. My consults contain aspects of psychoanalysis, coaching and embodied awareness.

Treatments include oil massage and warming moxa (where appropriate), alongside acupuncture, cupping, gua sha and herbs.

When I'm not in clinic you'll often find me bushwalking with my three year old, tending to my garden, dancing or having glorious catch-ups with dear friends.
